KineticAI is not a single text box. Each option you set changes what the model is told: some inject a full design blueprint, some lock content so it can never be rewritten, some are addressable directly from your prompt. This page documents all of them, so you can aim precisely instead of guessing.
Choosing a type shapes the whole email, its structure, hierarchy and tone, before your prompt is read. Pick the one closest to what you are sending; leave it blank and structure is inferred from your prompt alone.
The blueprint guides structure, not content. Your prompt still decides what the email says, and anything you state explicitly overrides the blueprint's defaults.
The interaction the email is built around. This is the single most important choice you make: it determines the entire structure of the generated code.
One feature at a time during beta: a single, flawlessly working interaction survives more inboxes than two competing ones.
Uploaded images are added to a manifest the model receives with each image's name, URL and true pixel dimensions. The name is how you address it, so a descriptive name is an instruction. Your brand's image library is opt-in: only the images you pick reach the model. The dimensions are authoritative and the model is forbidden from inventing them, which stops images stretching on mobile.
Import products into a brand once, manually, by CSV, or scraped from your store, then select the ones an email should feature. The model is told to use the exact names, prices and URLs supplied and never to invent, rename or re-price products. Each product's images are numbered and ranked best first, so a prompt can say "use image 3 for the running shoe". Say nothing and single placements use Image 1, while carousels walk the images in order.
Paste the URL of an article or blog post and the page is fetched; its text becomes the email's source material in one of two modes. Digest summarizes the source into email-length copy with links back to the full piece. Full carries the source through faithfully. Images found on the page are offered for import into the selected brand.
A Premium feature: bring an email you already send and KineticAI rebuilds it as a kinetic email, with your copy, links, images and design kept and one section made interactive. Open Content Source, choose Kineticize your email, then pick a Workspace import or paste or upload the HTML exported from your email platform. You see a preview, what will be kept, and the sections that could become interactive, each with a suggested interaction (an FAQ as an Accordion, products as Tabs or a Carousel, a closing question as a Survey). Pick one, choose Kinetic or Kinetic + AMP, and Kineticize. It costs the same as a generation.
It is a rebuild, not a pixel copy: multi-column layouts, background images and custom fonts are approximated. Emails up to 200 KB are accepted; an email that is already interactive should be refined instead.
Star one of your saved emails and the next build anchors its palette, typography, spacing and section shapes to it. It anchors design, not words: new copy is written for the new request, and long verbatim passages are flagged as a warning.
Save a header, footer, hero or CTA once and reuse it in every future email. Saved sections are locked and injected verbatim, never regenerated, and their position follows their type.
After a build, describe what to change instead of regenerating. Refinements accumulate on the email you are looking at. Name the thing to change, say what must not change, and refine one thing at a time.
The flag button beside Send opens Report this output. A report sends the email, its AMP version, your prompt and the build's QA results to the KINETIC team. A build can be reported once, within 24 hours. Reporting a build paid from your own credits refunds credits, up to a daily limit; Enterprise workspace reports are recorded without a refund.
Every AMP build is checked automatically during generation, and any AMP document can be checked at the AMP Validator, which runs the official AMP validator and reports each error with its line and column. The autofixer deterministically repairs recurring failures such as disallowed CSS properties, invalid attributes, stray web-font blocks, and carousel and image sizing. An invalid AMP part is not a broken email: recipients see the HTML version instead.
The strategist in the drawer plans multi-touch campaigns and writes the prompt for each touch. It is primed with a marketing corpus, your brand, your products and images, your workspace, brand knowledge, the calendar, your voice (the emails you star) and the conversation. The Companion comes with Premium and with every Enterprise workspace.
